About Us
Cancer Support South Africa, a division of the African Cancer Care Group, was born out of compassion and firsthand experiences of loss due to cancer. Recognizing the immense challenges faced by individuals awaiting treatment at South Africa’s public hospitals, we are committed to bridging the gap during these difficult waiting periods.
Under the guidance of Dr. Mohamed Moti, based in Hillbrow (Gauteng), and with the collaboration of the African Cancer Care Group and the Heart 2 Heart Institute, Cancer Support South Africa provides free resources and guidance for healthy cancer living. Our program focuses on nutritional and lifestyle support to help patients strengthen their resilience, improving their quality of life as they await treatment.
We believe that no one should endure the cancer journey alone, and by supplementing care during these critical times, we aim to assist both patients and the healthcare system in South Africa. Together, we strive for a future where every individual receives the support they need to face cancer with hope and dignity.
